Specializing in residential and hospitality projects, the practice was responsible for the design and construction of over 200 projects in Australia, Africa and the Caribbean. The firm's first eco-boutique hotels, Singita Ebony and Singita Boulders, received critical acclaim and numerous awards including Conde Nast Traveller's 'Best Hotel in the World' and Travel and Leisure magazine's 'Best Hotel in the World' in 2007. In 2001, BSA relocated the office to Australia due to a number of client commissions for private residences along Sydney's waterfront.
